Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Standard delivery: 2-5 business days — £4.95
• 2nd Class delivery: 2-3 business days — £4.95
• 1st Class delivery: 1-2 business days — £5.95
• Express delivery: next business day (order before 12pm) — from £10.95

European Delivery Delivery to Europe typically takes 5-10 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

International Delivery (Rest of World) Delivery outside of Europe typically takes 7-14 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. CC Equestrian has no control over these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges. We are unable to refund original shipping costs or duties paid if a parcel is refused or unclaimed at customs.
